SERVICES:  Offers zero-interest loan (up to 400.00) for the security deposit or first time rent for permanent housing.  Also provided in an assessment of participant needs, offering information and referral support (including counseling, child care, job training/education), and access to information about affordable housing resources. 

Eligibility:  Clients of ARCH, currently homeless who are in case management.  Have been employed for at least one month in a permanent job (i.e.not a temporary position) OR receiving disability benefits or other long-term financial assistance.
