Appointments for intake required. Waiting list 2-3 weeks. Provides case management for 6 months after discharge from program. Will accept anyone diagnosed with a mild mental illness and substance abuse problems. Call for intake at 9:00am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to check on openings; an appointment is required.
